You can also see the summit of the Kitzsteinhorn (3.200m) with its well known glacier ski resort. In walking distance you can find the 36 hole golf course of Zell-Kaprun-Saalbach and also in
a few minutes accessible is the valley station off the Areit cable car which takes you up to the mountain - in summer for hiking, in winter for skiing. From winter 2018 the ski resorts of Zell am
See and Saalbach/Hinterglemm will be connected. A romantic small train runs in 300m distance and takes you to the valley station or into Zell am See.

The chalets are handed over ready-to-use (turn-key). We will be pleased to assist you by choosing your personal furniture. A professional fitter will support you non-bindingly to adapt you personal wishes to the requirements of touristic rental.
Management
By buying "Grossglockner Chalets Zell am See" they will transfer to 100% into your ownership incl entry in the land register. You can live in the chalet yourself and when you are not using it we will
rent it for you to holiday guests. We, that is an experienced hotelier family that will operate und run your chalet while you are not around. We do the marketing, are the local hosts and
care for all commercial and administrative duties. A trustee that can be chosen by you, checks all commercial processes. At the end of the year we share the profit, which will be paid in
terms of a quarterly yield.
In contrast to our competitors we are not a huge impersonal
company but a real family and me - Thomas Hörl- and my wife will be your local representatives for the chalets. We stand for our business idea and by our words.
